Johnny Lippiett is an award winning musician, composer, educator and recording artist. A regular on the international jazz circuit for over a decade, Johnny has established himself as a thrilling saxophonist who layers electrifying, soulful improvisation atop a foundation of original modern jazz. His contributions to the global music community have been prolific and his instruction of important young talent offers an impressive compliment to his artistic efforts. He holds a Masters degree in saxophone performance and continues to foster critical acclaim through industry awards, live performances and studio recordings. Johnny has been based in New York since 2007 and his latest CD 'Soulscape' features the All-star rhythm section of Billy Drummond and Ron McClure.
